We are continuing to send orders as normal and have contact free collections of our post from our studio. Please note that there may be postal delays during this time which are out of our control. Royal Mail are doing everything they can to get post delivered as quickly as possible and we are extremely grateful we are still able to remain open.
International orders: All international orders are sent via tracked mail. You can follow your parcel's journey on the Royal Mail website or via a universal tracking site. Please note international post is experiencing delays in some areas and it may take a little longer for your order to arrive.
If you would like to upgrade to a courier delivery (UK or international orders) please contact us prior to ordering for a quote.
Standard UK delivery is sent by 24hr or 48hr Royal Mail which usually takes 1-3 working days after dispatch depending on the service.

UK shipping is free for all orders over £80, under this amount postage is between £2.25 and £4.50 depending on the weight.
Next day delivery in the UK is available on request. Please contact us prior to placing your order as we will need to send an invoice including next day delivery charges (which start from £7.50 depending on order weight). Please note that orders will need to be placed by 1pm and will need to include items which are not made to order (e.g. painted bottles, stackers or some engraved pieces). All next day orders are sent via Royal Mail 1pm delivery and someone will need to be home to sign for the parcel.
We ship worldwide, however if you do not see your country at checkout please contact us for a shipping quote.
International postage price is dependant on the weight of your order and as of 2020, all parcels are sent tracked so you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your parcel. Please note that all delivery times quoted are estimated and not guaranteed. We cannot control postal delays and ask that you order in plenty of time.
We have a shipping calculator too, so you can see the postage price before checking out. To use this, please add the desired items to your cart and input your location and postcode/zipcode to see our shipping prices for your location. This saves you having to enter all of your delivery information prior to seeing your total.
Express postage is also available via courier on request with shipping times of 1-3 or 5-7 days. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order list and we will provide a quote for you.
International Delivery Times:
Royal Mail Tracked post usually takes 7-10 working days within Europe and 7-15 working days for the rest of the world after your item has been dispatched (but is usually quicker!)
Any duties, taxes or customs charges are at the buyers expense and the buyer is responsible for these upon delivery.
Please note working days do not include bank/public holidays or weekends.

We allow 28 working days before a parcel is considered missing.
Please make sure you double check your delivery address at checkout, as once an item has been posted we are unable to alter the address. In the event that an incomplete address has been entered at checkout and the parcel has already been sent, we would need to wait for the item to be returned back to us as undeliverable. Redelivery postage is the responsibility of the customer in the event of a returned item. Sometimes the parcel may not be returned to us and become lost because of an address error, in this case the order would need to be placed again as we cannot accept responsibility for an address entered incorrectly.
From 1st July 2021, VAT will be applied on all goods sent from the UK to countries within the EU regardless of their value.
VAT is charged at the rate set in the buyer's delivery location. Any parcels under €150 (£135) will require the buyer to pay VAT, Formal clearance and a Customs clearance fee. Parcels over this amount will incur the above plus duties.
Other countries outside of the EU may incur customs charges upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by The Wood Cove. Please ensure you've checked the customs tariff rules for your country. As of January 2021, European countries who may not have been subject to customs fees in the past may now have duties to pay.
