Timber Pennant Flag Base

The perfect accessory for our pennant flags, these circular wooden stands will hold both our mini and standard sized flags. 

Made from European beech wood, they can be painted to match your flag in a variety of colours or can be left raw. A 10mm hole is in the centre of each piece to allow you to place the flag inside.

If you choose the painted option, the base will be painted around the edge of the wood leaving the top raw.

Bases measure approximately 7cm in diameter and 1.5cm thickness. Just the right size to fit your shelf! 

As wood is a natural product, the wood grain and colour will vary between each piece.

Fitting

As each flag dowel is handmade, the diameter may vary in size. As our standard size flags are heavier they may lean slightly to one side. Our top tip to stop this happening is to cut a piece of paper to 1cm x 1cm (standard printer paper will work perfectly!) and place the paper on top of the hole on the base. Then place your flag on top of the paper. Push gently so the paper and flag dowel fall into the hole of the base together. This will give your flag the extra support it needs to stand upright.

Raw bases will be dispatched in 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for painted bases to dispatch as they are made to order.
